13个蛙泳技巧和诀窍

即使旁观者看起来好像你已经游得很好了,

但这并不总能转化为出色的成绩。



蛙泳需要时机和协调,

动力和适当的力量,

即使看起来不那么帅。



大部分蛙泳发生在水下

(打腿,抓水,划水和移臂),

使旁观者很难真正看到正在发生的事情。
