备战冬泳
入秋后,气温下降,河水开始变得冰凉,正是练习冬泳的好时节,喜欢冬泳的老铁们,准备下水适应水温得了,好在冰天雪地时一展身手,适应寒冷气温,达到强身健体,提升机体免疫了。冬泳,必须遵循循序渐进的过程,不能一蹴而就,慢慢适应水温的变化,从十几度到几度,甚至零下水温,让自己健康快乐的参与冬泳。
